The Lander & Riverton Business Leadership Network (LR-BLN) is an employer-led coalition dedicated to promoting opportunities that benefit Lander & Riverton employers and people with disabilities.  The LR-BLN provides training and support to employers to assist with tapping into this valuable emerging market of new employees and customers.

MEMBERSHIP IS YOUR PASSPORT TO THE DISABILITY COMMUNITY

According to the Department of Labor statistics there are 6223 individuals living with disabilities in Fremont County.  Why does employing individuals with a disability make great business sense? Have you ever estimated what a loyal customer is worth in sales over their lifetime, if they keep coming back to visit your place of business and bring friends and family with them? The value is immeasurable to businesses that rely on regular customers to sustain their business. Becoming a member will allow you a valuable pool of employees and a vast new customer base.

The LR-BLN provides education, technical assistance, leadership development opportunities and a peer support network for our members. You can thus access all the resources that you need to recruit, hire, train and support both new and existing employees with disabilities, and also attract new customers with disabilities.

Annual Membership Fees:

Individual Membership: $150
