2. E-mail your job postings to sf-bln@alliancecom.net
3. SF-BLN staff market these to area employment services organizations serving job seekers with disabilities
4. Applicants who meet your qualifications apply directly to your company for consideration and subsequent interviews
5. If you are needing extra help during the recruitment process - BLN staff can assist with information regarding training, low-cost job accommodations and creative support strategies to hire and retain the best candidates available Not sure if a candidate can do the job? BLN and DRS staff can help by arranging short-term on-the-job work trials so that both you the employer and the job candidate can assess their ability to do the job. It's an easy, convenient way to try out a job candidate and enable them to show you their skills and abilities!
